Customized products: Print orders
Customized products, including items ordered with the Print option, are not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons. Please check your size and personalization details before placing your order.
If a customized item has a quality problem, or the item or printing you receive does not match your order, contact us with the details so we can address the issue. The customization exclusion does not remove any rights you have for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable law.
Who pays return shipping?
- Quality problem: the seller pays the return shipping cost.
- No quality problem: the customer pays the return shipping cost for eligible non-customized products.
How to request a return or exchange
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number, the affected item, the reason and whether you would prefer a return or exchange.
- For a quality problem, describe the issue and include clear photos where possible.
- Contact us for the return address and shipping instructions before sending the parcel. Our business location below should not be treated as an automatically authorized return address.
- Keep the return shipping receipt and tracking number. We will check the returned item and contact you about the refund or exchange.
Refunds and exchanges
